Job Highlights
Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment
Identify upselling opportunities and close sales to meet commission and performance targets
Resolve customer issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections accurately
Clearly explain bills, services, and product features to customers
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to higher-level support when necessary
