Hourly Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8 Hour Shifts (9AM-5PM)

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.
Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. On a typical day, your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
- Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
- Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more!
- Hourly and 24/7 Care.
- Light housekeeping and organization.
Requirements
- Language: Must be proficient in both written and spoken Spanish.
- Experience: Prior experience working with clients experiencing dementia or memory care needs.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive the client in their personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Technology: Must have a personal cell phone with reliable internet access.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following certifications are highly valued:
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- HHA (Home Health Aide)
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
