Help Build the Future of a Growing Concrete Company—Not Just Run Someone Else's Jobsite
If you're an experienced Concrete Superintendent—or an exceptional Concrete Foreman who's ready to take the next step—this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Our client is a well-established and highly respected concrete contractor based in the Lincoln area. For nearly 30 years, they've built an outstanding reputation for quality workmanship, loyal employees, and long-term customer relationships. Their work is primarily residential concrete, along with agricultural and select commercial projects.
The owner has built a successful business through hard work, integrity, and taking care of both customers and employees. Now he's looking for the right operational leader to help build the next chapter of the company.
This isn't a role where you're expected to simply inherit someone else's systems.
It's an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
You'll oversee field operations, develop Foremen and crews, improve scheduling and communication, build stronger systems, and become the trusted leader the owner relies on to keep projects running smoothly while the company continues to grow.
Just as importantly, this company is committed to investing in your growth. Throughout your onboarding and first year, you'll receive ongoing leadership coaching and development designed to help you become an even stronger operational leader. If you've been looking for a company that's willing to invest in your long-term success—not just your ability to run jobs—this opportunity is different.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
You'll communicate daily with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees. Clear communication is essential for leading crews, conducting safety meetings, providing direction, solving problems, building trust, and maintaining a productive jobsite.
Outstanding Concrete Foremen Are Encouraged to Apply
You don't have to already hold the title of Superintendent.
If you've consistently led crews, delivered outstanding work, earned the respect of your team, and you're ready for the next step in your career, we'd like to talk with you.
This company recognizes leadership potential and is willing to invest in the right individual who's ready to continue growing.
