Field Collections Representative
Sunwave Energy is seeking a Field Collections Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Visit customers at their residences to discuss delinquent loan accounts.
- Deliver payment reminders and explain available payment options.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Document customer interactions and report findings to management.
- Coordinate with lenders, customer service, and internal departments to resolve account issues.
- Follow all company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, sales, or field inspections is a plus.
