We are seeking a full-time, bilingual English/Spanish Psychiatric Physician Assistant or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is excited not only about providing excellent patient care, but also about being part of shaping the culture and growth of a modern psychiatry practice.

Provide ongoing follow-up care with an emphasis on quality and continuity
Collaborate closely with the physician and administrative team to support coordinated, patient-centered care
Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape clinical workflows, patient experience, and practice culture as the practice grows
Practice in alignment with evidence-based, hormone-informed, and patient-centered standards
Qualifications – Required
Licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA-C, NCCPA certified) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Texas, or able to obtain licensure prior to start date. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Why Join Estela
Estela offers a unique opportunity to join a growing, clinician-led practice where your voice matters. Rather than stepping into a rigid, fully-built system, you will have the chance to help shape how care is delivered, how the team works together, and how the practice evolves. Our bilingual care model expands access to reproductive psychiatry for Spanish-speaking women across Texas, a population that has historically had very few options. We prioritize transparency, thoughtful growth, and sustainable schedules, creating an environment where clinicians can do meaningful work and grow professionally alongside the practice.
Estela Mental Health is an equal opportunity employer. Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a job-related requirement for this position based on the patient population served.
