$500 INCENTIVE FOR SCHOOL-BASED SLPS – START BY MAY 31 AND COMPLETE 200 HOURS TO QUALIFY.

As part of our unwavering commitment to fostering children's success, Therapy Source is actively seeking Bilingual English/Spanish Speech Language Pathologists with a Pennsylvania State License to provide virtual therapy services for online charter school students. Scheduling is flexible and can be based on your availability. No caseload minimum is required. These positions are for the current school year.

Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:

• Location: Online (Virtual Platform)
• Scheduling: For the current school year. Flexible - tailored to your availability.
• Salary Range: $65-$75 per hour

Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania Licensure: Hold licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania 
• Clearances: Possession of up-to-date clearances or a willingness to obtain them.
• Professional Liability Insurance: Proof of individual professional liability insurance or a readiness to acquire it.

Responsibilities of Speech-Language Pathologists May Include:

• Holistic Support: Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that influence educational goals.
• Evaluation Expertise: Assisting in comprehensive evaluations and formulating tailored goals for students in need of speech/language therapy.
• IEP Collaboration: Providing ongoing support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Thorough Documentation: Maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
• IEP Development: Creating and implementing Individual Education Programs.
• Reporting Excellence: Completing all related work, documentation, and reporting requirements.
