Forklift Operator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Location: Baytown, TX 77523
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12‐hour shifts)

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Forklift Operator with strong reliability and previous forklift experience. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively in both languages and maintain consistent attendance in a demanding schedule.

Position Requirements

• 12‐hour shifts — Must be able to work 6 AM to 6 PM
• 7‐day availability — Must be willing to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Rotating schedule — One week per month will be a night shift rotation (6 PM to 6 AM)
• Forklift experience required — Prior sit‐down or stand‐up forklift operation
• Bilingual — Must speak English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation — Must have dependable transportation to and from work

Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Assist with general warehouse tasks when needed
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish
• Adapt to long shifts and rotating schedules

✔️ Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
