Bilingual Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available as needed
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts, receiving and shipping materials, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store materials.
  • Perform shipping and receiving functions, including inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Verify shipments against Bills of Lading, packing lists, delivery receipts, and other shipping documentation.
  • Pull, stage, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
  • Assist with order fulfillment and material movement throughout the warehouse.
  • Utilize basic computer programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Use hand tools as needed to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, GMP standards, and safety procedures.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of forklift experience.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or order fulfillment experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and WMS.
  • Experience using hand tools.
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with varying temperatures.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
