Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Data Specialist
Location: Warehouse Operations
Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Depending on experience and knowledge
Schedule: Monday – Thursday , 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Full-Time) Over-time as needed on Fridays

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Data Specialist to manage inventory paperwork, route shipments, and assist with physical order fulfillment. This role balances computer-based data entry with hands-on warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Print weekly warehouse order reports and daily pull sheets.

• Inventory Control: Check physical stock levels to verify product availability.

• Order Fulfillment: Safely pull and prepare warehouse orders with team assistance.

• Logistics Data: Route shipments, print shipping labels, and prepare final paperwork.

• System Updates: Submit Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) immediately after product dispatch. [1]

Job Requirements

• Equipment: Certified operation of a stand-up forklift is required.

• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

• PPE: Must wear steel-toe boots at all times on the warehouse floor.

• Screening: Must pass a background check and a drug test prior to hiring.
