About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Urological Consultants of Florida PA as a Bilingual Front Desk professional! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service in both English and Spanish/Creole. Hours 8:30AM - 5:00 PM.



Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
• Process patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish/Creole is required.
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using office software and electronic health records.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
