Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations at our Romeoville location. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This role requires a polished and professional individual who can multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:

Manage the front reception area and greet visitors professionally

Create visitor badges and assist guests as needed

Answer and direct incoming calls and correspondence

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Handle incoming mail and office communications

Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory levels

Assist with vendor setup and documentation

Review invoices for accuracy and completeness

Create and maintain policies and procedures documentation

Support additional office administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Previous receptionist, front desk, or office administration experience preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
