    Description

    We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Front Office Coordinator at our speech and occupational therapy clinic in Livingston, TX. This role is the first point of contact for patients and families, setting the tone for a welcoming and professional experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet patients and families with a warm, professional demeanor
    • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
    • Verify insurance information, collect payments, and process billing details
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of health information
    • Coordinate communication between therapists, patients, and caregivers
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
    • Ensure the front office and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming

    Qualifications:

    • Bilingual
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Highly organized with attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and electronic medical records (preferred)
    • Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy office setting is a plus
