Bilingual Front Office Staff
Full-Time | Monday- Friday | No Weekends or Holidays
Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Bilingual Front Office Staff member to join our team.
This position serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of a busy behavioral health practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent time management and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care is essential.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and compassionate manner
Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars
Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations
Updating patient demographic and insurance information
Collecting copays and other patient payments
Answering and directing telephone calls
Checking patients in and out for appointments
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Previous medical office experience preferred
Strong computer and customer service skills
Bilingual Skills: Excellent ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written form in the English and Spanish language is required.
