We are seeking dedicated and experienced HCA's to join our team.
HCA willing to provide high-quality care in the homes of our clients. This is one-on-one care! We love HCA's, HHA's and CNA's!
Responsibilities:
- Help with assisted daily actives such as bathing, hyenine and dressing
- Reminders to take medications
- Prepare meals
- Safety Supervision and stand by assist
- Transfer experience (Hoyer lift and gait belt experience a big plus)
- Go for walks with our clients/ ROM exercises
- Drive to appointments or pickup groceries for them
- Provide engaging companionship care to them
Details:
- Bilingual Spanish, Chinese or Mandarin and English clients
- Shifts 4-12 hours long. Week, weekend shifts. NOCS when they become available
- We start $22 depending on experience and case, $23 for CNA's/HHA and $25 for 4 hour shifts.
- Location- San Jose/Campbell/Saratoga - and within Santa Clara county.
Requirements:
- Home Care aide resignation (current or willing to attain)
- TB test- current
- 2 years of professional caregiving in a agency or facility setting
- Valid DL/state ID/SSN
- COVID Vaccination
