Bilingual Healthcare Appointment Setter (English/Spanish) — Remote (Texas)

$14.00 per hour base production pay | Earn up to $15.00 per hour | Flexible self-scheduling | $200 in new-hire milestone bonuses

Knowledge Rhino is hiring bilingual English/Spanish professionals for a remote, high-volume outbound appointment-setting position serving existing healthcare plan members.

This is an outbound calling role, not inbound customer service. You will contact existing members, explain a healthcare service already available through their plan, answer basic questions, and help eligible members schedule an appointment. This is not cold-call sales, and members are not charged for the service.

Compensation

• Training: $7.25 per hour
• Production base pay: $14.00 per hour
• Performance incentive: Earn up to an additional $1.00 per hour based on established performance criteria, for total production earnings of up to $15.00 per hour
• New-hire milestone bonuses: Earn $100 after successfully completing training and another $100 after completing 30 days of employment, subject to eligibility requirements

Flexible Production Schedule

After successfully completing training, employees can build their own production schedules:

• Work between 30 and 40 hours per week
• Select shifts in two-hour blocks
• Schedule production hours Monday through Saturday
• Adjust your schedule within the available operating hours

Training follows a separate, fixed schedule and requires full attendance.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to existing healthcare plan members
• Explain available services and their benefits in English and Spanish
• Answer basic member questions using approved information
• Help eligible members schedule appointments
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Accurately document call outcomes
• Meet expectations for attendance, call activity, quality, and appointment conversions
• Provide patient, professional, and compassionate service

What You'll Need

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Previous outbound call center, appointment-setting, sales, or customer service experience
• Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with people who may be hesitant
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
• Residence in Texas
• Ability to pass a required background check

Home-Office Requirements

You must have:

• A Windows 11 computer
• At least 16 GB of RAM
• Two monitors
• A wired Ethernet connection
• Reliable high-speed internet
• A noise-canceling USB headset
• A quiet, private workspace suitable for healthcare-related calls

Equipment and internet requirements will be verified before training.
