Our client is looking for a HR Coordinator to be at the heart of employee experience. This role partners closely with HR leadership to support employee engagement, event planning, onboarding, recruiting, and office operations.

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to go on-site five days a week in Suffolk County, Long Island. Candidates should have prior HR experience in manufacturing or a similar environment.

Location: five days a week on-site in Suffolk County, Long Island.

Description

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, celebrations, and company-sponsored events throughout the year.
  • Support HR activities including onboarding, interview scheduling, recruiting coordination, employee communications, and training programs.
  • Manage office operations, including conference room scheduling, office supplies, mail distribution, equipment coordination, and vendor relationships.
  • Plan and execute event logistics, including catering, communications, scheduling, room setup, and vendor management.
  • Create and distribute internal communications while helping employees stay informed, connected, and engaged.
  • Provide administrative support across the organization, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects and HR initiatives.

Profile

A successful Bilingual HR Coordinator should have:
