Job Description

Job Position: Bilingual HR Coordinator- Temporary Two Week Contract

Location: Iron Ridge, WI 53035

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE : 6am-2pm OR 7am-3pmOR8am-4pm

Responsibilities:

Support Recruitment efforts (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)

Assist with new hires training and onboarding

Provide English/Spanish translation and interpretation for HR communication and training materials.

Communicate effectively with a diverse, bilingual production workforce.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Prior HR, recruiting, or training experience

Comfortable working in a food manufacturing/production environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Be able to work on-site.
