Job Description
- Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee documentation.
- Support HR administrative processes and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with recruiting coordination and talent acquisition activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related support.
- Assist with front office operations including visitor management, office supplies, and general administrative responsibilities.
- Partner with management to help cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- 1-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, or a related field.
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, food production, or another industrial environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Positive, professional, and employee-focused approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within an HR career path.
