Summary of the Role
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you'll serve as the welcoming face of the Human Resources office and play a critical role in supporting the employee experience for staff, faculty, and student employees. Reporting to the Associate Director of Human Resources, this position provides broad administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions while helping ensure employees receive timely, accurate, and responsive service.
This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. You'll gain exposure to a variety of HR disciplines including benefits, payroll, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, training and development, and employee engagement.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $22.50- 24.50. The hourly rate of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
