HR Generalist

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company that continues to invest in its operations, technology, and workforce. As the business grows, they are looking for an HR Generalist who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with leadership while supporting employees across production, warehouse, and office teams. Day to day, you'll handle a diverse mix of responsibilities including employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, recruiting, and general HR support. Success in this position requires a hands-on, customer-service-oriented approach, as you'll serve as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and operations leaders throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with experience supporting a large hourly workforce in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or similar operational environment. They will have experience across core HR functions such as employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance, along with the ability to balance day-to-day employee support with longer-term business needs. A successful HR Generalist should have:

• 3+ years of HR experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or other operational workforce.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience with employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and HR compliance.
• Comfortable working directly with hourly employees and building strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Customer-service-focused approach with a willingness to be visible and accessible on the floor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
