Seeking a Human Resources Generalistfor a local Landscaping company:

Summary

The HR Generalist supports the Director of Human Resources in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR data management. This role is both administrative and strategic-ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-focused environment.

Job Duties:

• Manage daily service operations
• Recruiting Onboarding
• Oversee Employee relations and Culture
• Administration & Compliance duties
• Etc..

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, ect

Other Requirements:

• Previous experience in Human Resources
• Strong leadership and organizational tools, Excellent commication and problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, Experience with service management software (ConnectWise preferred)
