What you'll do

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for the warehouse operations team — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Partner with warehouse leadership to forecast hiring needs and bring in top operational talent.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Own day-to-day HR operations: benefits administration, employee records, and HR documentation, with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws, and keep HR policies current and consistently applied.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving workplace concerns effectively.
  • Drive engagement, recognition, and team-building programs that strengthen company culture.
  • Support employees in identifying career-development opportunities.

Office & Administration

  • Oversee general office management, including supplies, facilities, and team events.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to handle confidential information with discretion.
