Bilingual HR Generalist

Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their growing team in Morrisville, NC. This is a great opportunity for a bilingual HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, supporting employees day-to-day, and helping build stronger HR processes. The ideal candidate brings a background in construction or a related industry and is comfortable working on-site with a close-knit team.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers

- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records

- Coordinate recruiting, candidate communication, and hiring activities

- Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment

- Support payroll and timekeeping processes

- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience








HR Generalist Requirements:
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience

- Fluent in both English and Spanish, required

- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom or similar systems

- Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support

Perfered
- Experience in construction, land development, or a related industry is a plus

- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus
