Bilingual HR ManagerBe the sole HR Manager onsite in Suffolk County for a nationwide company. Join a well-established and growing manufacturing organization with multiple locations across North America and a strong market presence. As the site's HR leader, you will support approximately 100+ employees and serve as the primary resource for all human resources functions. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, benefits, training, performance management, compliance, workers' compensation, safety initiatives, and partnering with leaders on staffing and workforce planning. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence business results and work closely with site leadership while collaborating with a broader regional HR team. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, building strong partnerships with managers and employees, and managing a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates may come from manufacturing, retail, hospitality, food service, construction, distribution, or other operationally focused industries.
