Overview of the HR Manager role:
- Manage recruiting process including, sourcing, selection, offers, and pre-hire onboarding for multiple locations
- Employee Relations
- Review Payroll
- Benefits
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications for the HR Manager:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be Bilingual/Spanish
- 4+ years experience
- Good time management skills and able to pivot.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
