Job Duties:
Coordinate FMLA and employee leaves of absence.

Organize company events and programs.
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation.
Perform general administrative duties, including phones, photocopying, and faxing.
Provide backup payroll support.
Assist employees with benefits and employment questions.
Interpret and translate company communications and documents.
