Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of professional Human Resources experience
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience with recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Job Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment
- Serve as a resource for employee relations, providing guidance and support
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HRIS data
- Support performance management by tracking evaluations and assisting managers with documentation
- Coordinate employee training and professional development programs
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support business decisions
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company culture, and retention strategies
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned
