What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary HR partner for leadership and employees across a multi-state operation.
- Own the full HR function: employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, safety, and policy administration
- Lead investigations, employee relations matters, and regulatory compliance with confidence and discretion
- Oversee recruiting for key roles and support managers with workforce planning
- Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Supervise one direct report and maintain HR processes within a manufacturing environment
Required
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
Preferred
- Experience with ADP (payroll/HRIS)
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
