In the Family Service Advisor role you will…

• Guide families, don't just sell to them. Through consultative, relationship-driven conversations, you'll walk families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options — accompaniment first, arrangement second.

• No two days the same, because no two family experiences are the same. From arrangement meetings to committals to parish outreach, you'll be present across the full arc of a family's journey, in a dynamic, fast-paced role.

Compensation and Benefits...

• Base salary of $50,000 
• Uncapped commission
• Additional bonus opportunities
  • Top performers can earn over $100,000

Think that you’re a good fit? We’re looking for someone with…

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment. This is about calling, not checkboxes. All faiths and backgrounds welcome — what we need is a heart that's genuinely drawn to this mission.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
• Strong organization and excellent time management skills
• Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal, and written)
• Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude
• Bilingual in Spanish 
• Valid Driver's License
