We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales & Service Representative who is passionate about helping others and providing exceptional support. As the face of our agency, you'll be responsible for ensuring each customer feels understood, informed, and supported throughout their insurance journey.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, text, email, and in person
• Clearly explain insurance coverage & policy details in everyday language.
• Conduct Onboarding interviews of new customers, and renewal interviews with existing clients to identify client needs, resolve concerns, and cross-sell products.
• Process policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding issues
• Support agency sales and service operations as needed

Must complete personally assessment & questions to be considered.

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Friendly, patient, and solutions-focused attitude
• Customer Service & Sales experience required
• Bilingual (Fluent English/Spanish) required

What We Offer:

• $30,000 - $40,000 Base salary, depending on experience. Plus Commissions & Bonuses.

• Paid percentage of total Agency Renewals. As we grow your salary increases.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (in-office)
