Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing clear and comprehensive insurance advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and life circumstances.
Offer tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, and other Allstate products.
Guide clients through the policy selection, application, and claims process with patience and expertise.
Actively participate in community events to build brand awareness and connect with potential clients.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for helping others and building community relationships.
Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
Comfortable working in a local, office-based setting.
