The team at GEICO Bayside is seeking a Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Spanish Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base and deliver outstanding service. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to building strong customer relationships.
As a key member of our service team, you will assist policyholders with account updates, billing questions, coverage changes, and general policy support. You will confidently communicate in both English and Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Spanish to ensure every client receives clear, accurate, and personalized assistance.
Salary Range: $22.56 - $25.64 per hour

Responsibilities
Answering inbound client calls in a professional and timely manner
Handling billing questions and processing payments
Conducting policy reviews to ensure accurate coverage
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Providing exceptional customer support and service
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Spanish and English
Prior customer service experience preferred in a client-facing environment
Strong desire to help and guide clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
