Chargoy Allstate Agency is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our insurance agency while actively selling and servicing personal and commercial insurance products. This position combines leadership, sales, customer service, and office management. The Office Manager is responsible for driving agency growth, coaching team members, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

The Office Manager is responsible for managing the agency's daily operations, selling and servicing insurance policies, and leading a high-performing team. This role includes tracking daily sales activities and performance metrics, monitoring agency goals, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees. The Office Manager will also resolve escalated customer concerns, ensure compliance with agency and carrier guidelines, improve office processes, support marketing and retention initiatives, and work closely with the agency owner to achieve business objectives.


Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and hold active Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. A minimum of five years of insurance industry experience is preferred, along with previous management or supervisory experience. An Associate degree or higher is preferred. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, is proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service while leading by example.
