The minimum salary without commission or opportunities is between $40,000 - $50,000.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, offering guidance and support.
• Explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly and accurately in both languages.
• Develop and present customized insurance solutions to meet individual client needs.
• Process new business applications and assist with policy renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
