Our TOP PERFORMERS makes over $80,000+the FIRST YEAR! Qualifying individual with P & C licensed Base Salary starts at $3000.00 to $3500.00/month Plus up to 12% commission plus weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus with potential to making up to $80k in the first year.

We offer $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS. Payable after 90 days Probation.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales from the different sources of leads available
• Build relationship with realtors, car dealerships etc
• Build customers relationship
• Cross sales and up sales

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
• NON LICENSED Must be willing to obtainProperty and Casualty License
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
• Successful sales background
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start
