Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing clients to introduce the Life Insurance Team.

Communicate clearly, build rapport, and explain the purpose of the outreach.

Identify interest and schedule appointments or gather lead details for licensed agents.

Answer basic life insurance questions and redirect complex ones as needed.

Record call notes and outcomes accurately in the CRM.

Meet daily/weekly call, appointment, and lead-generation goals.

Work with the Life Insurance Team to improve outreach results.

Previous telemarketing or outbound calling experience.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to connect with potential clients and build rapport over the phone.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques.

Familiarity with CRM software and dialer systems.

High school diploma or equivalent.

A positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection.
