Bilingual Inventory Control Clerk - Lebanon, IN
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pro Resources is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Inventory Control Clerk for a leading manufacturing company in Lebanon, IN. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in supporting daily production and inventory operations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. This role works closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are accurately received, tracked, and supplied to support daily manufacturing needs.
Responsibilities
- Enter raw material transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track and log inbound materials, verifying quantities and part numbers upon receipt.
- Verify materials before they are released to production.
- Pull and requisition materials needed for daily production requirements.
- Prepare unused materials for return to the raw materials warehouse.
- Perform data entry related to manufacturing orders and inventory transactions.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits and reconciliation efforts.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material issues with production and inventory teams.
- Inspect materials for defects and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain organized inventory documentation and filing systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use basic measuring devices when inspecting materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Must wear steel-toed shoes.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
