Pro Resources is seeking a Bilingual Inventory Cycle Clerk for a temporary position in Lebanon, IN. This is opportunity on 1st shift, offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with overtime available as needed. 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime as needed
Responsibilities
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system
Track inventory throughout receiving, storage, and shipping
Assist with inventory audits and ensure compliance with company procedures
Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy
Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvements
Maintain organized inventory documentation and reports
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or cycle counting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Steel-toe shoes required
