Bilingual IT Infrastructure Project Manager (KS, Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Overall project leadership and execution
• Issue and risk management
• Customer and stakeholder management
• Executive-level reporting
• Escalation management and problem resolution
• Coordination between customer teams, our teams, and Japan-based resources
• Driving project outcomes and ensuring successful delivery

Required Experience

• Proven IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting and reporting to executive management
• Ability to lead projects in complex enterprise environments

Technical Background

Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience, including:

• Network
• Security / Firewall
• Cloud (Azure and/or AWS)
• On-Premises Infrastructure
• Operating Systems
• Middleware
• Data Center Infrastructure

Application development experience is not required.

Preferred Background

• Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese-style project governance
• Ability to operate effectively in a consensus-driven stakeholder environment
• Experience leading infrastructure transformation or large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects

Language Requirements

• Business-level English required
• Japanese language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
• Experience working within Japanese business environments is more important than Japanese language proficiency itself

Contract Information

• Duration: 1 to 2 years
• Target Start Date: November 2026 to January 2027
