The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Bilingual Labor Coordinator Operator on 1st for currently in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/Shift/Benefits for a Bilingual Labor Coordinator:

• Hourly wage: $18/hr depending on experience
• Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:30pm
• Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
• Eligibility for the Work and Win program Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities of a Bilingual Labor Coordinator:

• Proficiency in English/Spanish
• Able to clearly explain directions, maintain a professional work environment with labor team and customers
• Must be comfortable working outside and assisting in other general labor needs
• Following all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Requirements for a Bilingual Labor Coordinator:

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions as we install all year long
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Prior experience in construction yard, warehouse or fencing preferred but not necessary
• Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
• Ability to remain in good attendance standing
