What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries
- Build strong relationships with residents and prospects
- Manage leasing applications and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate records and support community marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Previous leasing or property management experience preferred (but not required)
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
