What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with residents and prospects
  • Manage leasing applications and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and support community marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and customer service background
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Previous leasing or property management experience preferred (but not required)
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
