Bilingual Leasing Agent- Property Management
Location: Pflugerville, TX 78660
Schedule: Monday through friday
Pay: $19-$20 per hour
We are a resident‑focused property management company committed to providing excellent service and well‑maintained communities. We're looking for a Bilingual Leasing Agent (English/Spanish) who is friendly, professional, and motivated to help people find their next home.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide informative property tours
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Communicate clearly with prospects and residents in both English and Spanish
- Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
- Assist with renewals, resident communication, and customer service
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Support marketing efforts, outreach, and community events
- Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean and presentable
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
