Position Details

• Role: Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish)

• Location: Fort Worth, Texas 76115

• Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Start Date: ASAP

• Opportunity Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide engaging property tours
• Assist residents and prospects in both English and Spanish
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry through move-in
• Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records
• Follow up with prospects and support occupancy goals
• Assist with marketing efforts and resident outreach
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Support daily office operations and lease-up activities

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Lease-up experience is a plus
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
