BG Staffing is currently seeking a Temporary Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish) to support a thriving apartment community in Richmond, VA 23224. Our community serves a diverse resident and prospect population, including a significant number of Spanish-speaking households, making strong bilingual communication skills essential for success in this role.

Position Details

• Position: Temporary Bilingual Leasing Consultant
• Location: Richmond, VA 23224
• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-6:00 PM
• Employment Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish.
• Answer and return phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide property tours and respond to leasing inquiries.
• Assist with application processing and document collection.
• Offer translation assistance for residents and prospects as needed.
• Support leasing activities and day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive resident relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Tax Credit/LIHTC knowledge or experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with team members.
