What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the face of the community and be responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities
• Responding promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Explaining lease terms, rental qualifications, and community policies
• Processing rental applications and maintaining accurate documentation
• Building positive relationships with residents and addressing concerns professionally
• Supporting resident retention initiatives and community events
• Assisting with marketing efforts and outreach activities
• Maintaining knowledge of current market trends and competitive properties
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Previous apartment leasing experience required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Excellent customer service and sales skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Knowledge of property management software is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required
