Position: Leasing Agent-Bilingual
 Location: Dallas Tx, 75220
 Pay: $17.00-$18.00
 Hours: M-F 8am -5 pm

Position Summary

ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Leasing Agent to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present community features, pricing, and amenities.

• Maintain guest cards, follow-ups, and leasing activity in property software.

• Process rental applications and required documentation.

• Prepare leases, renewals, notices, and move-in paperwork.

• Collect deposits and leasing-related payments.

• Coordinate move-ins and resident orientations.

• Support resident retention and renewal efforts.

• Maintain model units and office appearance.

• Track occupancy goals and leasing performance.

• Comply with Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver's license where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
