Bilingual Leasing Professional

SwiftTalent Partners is hiring Bilingual Apartment Leasing Professionals to support apartment communities. This role is ideal for a friendly, organized sales or customer service professional who enjoys helping people find the right home.

What You'll Do:

· Greet prospects, residents, vendors, and guests with professional customer service.

· Respond to calls, emails, online leads, and walk-ins; qualify prospects and schedule tours.

· Tour models, amenities, and vacant apartments while matching features to each prospect's needs.

· Prepare applications, lease paperwork, move-in packets, renewals, and resident communications.

· Collect and document deposits, fees, rent, and other payments as assigned.

· Follow up with prospects, support marketing efforts, and help meet occupancy goals.

· Maintain accurate records in property management software and follow Fair Housing requirements.

What We're Looking For:

· Sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience; apartment leasing experience preferred.

· MUST be fluent in English and Spanish

· Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and computer skills.

· Basic Fair Housing knowledge or willingness to complete required training.

· Experience with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage/OneSite, ResMan, or similar software is a plus.

· Reliable transportation may be required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Schedule / Physical Requirements: Schedule may include Saturdays, leasing events, month-end activity, and occasional overtime. Must be able to walk the property, climb stairs, tour apartments, use office equipment, and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
