We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a busy office environment, and is comfortable answering phones, assisting walk-in residents and prospects, and supporting daily leasing activity.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused professional who is ready to support a busy leasing office in a community offering affordable apartment homes, a friendly residential setting, and a convenient Houston location near shopping, dining, parks, and everyday essentials. The property also operates with published office hours Monday through Friday and Saturday, which supports the client’s note that this is an active office environment.

Bilingual Leasing Professional Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries
• Greet and assist walk-in residents and prospects with professionalism and urgency
• Tour apartment homes and answer questions about community features, availability, and the surrounding neighborhood
• Support leasing activity and general front office operations in a busy environment
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Help maintain organized traffic, guest communication, and office follow-up
• Assist with day-to-day leasing support and administrative tasks as needed
• Work closely with the office team to help ensure smooth daily operations

• Entry-level candidates will be considered if they have strong customer service skills and are fluent in Spanish
• Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
