We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident in closing leases while delivering excellent customer service.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, dependable leasing professional who is ready to support a community offering spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes with attractive resident amenities and a convenient location near shopping, dining, schools, and major employers.

Bilingual Leasing Professional Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective residents by showcasing apartment homes and community amenities in person, virtually, and through social media
• Tour the community with prospects and answer questions about apartment features, amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood
• Prepare, process, and execute lease agreements
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Coordinate and schedule guided apartment tours with apartment locator's on behalf of prospective residents
• Help drive occupancy by building rapport and effectively presenting the value of the community
