Bilingual Leasing Professional - NW Houston

Hire Priority Staffing is hiring an experienced Bilingual Leasing Agent for a multifamily apartment community in Northwest Houston, TX.

This position is ideal for a motivated leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is confident closing deals while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in driving occupancy and creating a positive experience for both prospective and current residents.

Job Overview

• Location: Northwest Houston, TX
• Position Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire
• Pay: Up to $20/hour + Commission
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (+ some weekends, as agreed)
• Hours: 8-hour shifts
• Industry: Multifamily Property Management / Apartment Leasing

Key Responsibilities

• Tour apartment homes and community amenities with prospective residents
• Provide detailed information on apartment features, pricing, amenities, and surrounding neighborhood
• Engage with prospects in person, virtually, and through social media platforms
• Prepare, process, and execute lease agreements
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Coordinate and schedule guided tours with apartment locators
• Build rapport with prospects and effectively present the value of the community
• Support leasing efforts to help drive occupancy and meet leasing goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Strong customer service skills, professionalism and confidence required
• Experience with OneSite property management software is a plus
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with Fair Housing laws
